MONIQUE HOVING SMEETS

Due to Monique's dual commitment offering therapy to clients, and training therapists in TRIP Trauma Regulation and Integration Process, she only sporadically has availability to accept new clients.

If you are a new client, please do not use the online booking system. Appointments are reserved for current clients. Email Monique at monique@relationshipworx-therapy.com to enquire about her ability to accept a new intake.

If you are planning to do a T.R.I.P session, it is strongly suggested to book a 1.5 hr apt. This allows for a good transition into and after the process. If you are struggling to find a 1.5 hr apt slot, please contact Monique via email

Appointments during these dates are unable to be kept.

MEREL SCHEEPENS

Merel is currently available for new and existing clients.
She offers 15 min complimentary intake to see if this is the right fit.

Pricing Structure

Payment Terms

Payments are due on the day of your appointment. Please ensure to complete payment to avoid receiving annoying reminders

Please make note of your session duration and cost and forward payment via e-transfer to your therapist

Please note for all sessions a 24 cancellation notice applies.

For late cancellations or missed appointments the full fee of the session applies.

If sessional payments are incomplete further treatment could be postponed or indefinitely terminated upon non payment.

If sessions are left unpaid, subsequent bookings will not be honoured and will therefore be cancelled.

Upon two no shows, following appointments will not be honoured and will therefore be cancelled.

To avoid charging additional banking fees we currently accept e-transfer only.

All sessions are currently hosted via online video conferencing (zoom). A working video camera, microphone and access to internet is necessary for all sessions.
